Overview
FabricIQ is a fabric analysis tool that helps you understand clothing materials, care instructions, and sustainability ratings. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Fabric compositions — When you enter or scan a clothing tag, we process the text to provide analysis. This data may be stored anonymously to improve our database.
- Account information — If you create an account (optional), we store your email address and preferences.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not store photos from camera scans — images are processed on-device and discarded immediately.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide fabric analysis and care recommendations
- To improve our material database through anonymized, aggregated data
- To sync your saved analyses across devices (if you create an account)

- Vercel — Web application hosting
- Expo/EAS — Mobile app build and distribution
